The first step is to meet for an assessment to determine what and how you like to eat, including any dietary or medical parameters. A comprehensive food questionnaire must be completed and returned to us ahead of time. The questionnaire can be found on this site.

Once we receive and review the questionnaire, we will schedule your FREE in-home consultation. At that time we will determine delivery days/times and logistics such as entrance and security alarm codes.

Next, you will select your first week's meal plan from our menu, which includes a variety of comfort foods and gourmet cuisine. We will also discuss your personal dietary preferences. At this time, the first week’s payment is due.
